Not sure whether this should be here or in the dvd section but here goes anyway.
I have been using this superb programme for quite a while now to make Svcds but now I have bought myself a Pioneer 104 dvd burner I am obviously going to start making my own dvds instead.
The dvd resize feature in the new release is great for me because now I use Dvd2Svcd to frameserve all the Svcds I have made rather than just patch the files which again gives great results.

BUT...when I first started doing Svcd I downsampled all the audio tracks from 48000 and was wondering if there is a way to alter the prog (easily) to upsample back as at the moment I am having to demux the mpeg, manually alter the sound using besweet (another useful prog)and then mux back together at the end.
I was thinking that as BeSweet is used in Dvd2Svcd there must be a way of doing this?

There is no way I know of in DVD2SVCD to upsample back to 48 from 44.1. You can however leave the audio at 48 and not downsample by unchecking the Downsample checkbox on the audio tab. This will leave the audio at 48.

You might try hitting the BeSweet homepage and see if it can do it. Then you might be able to do it manually.

As I already said..I can do it manually..it's just a pain in the a**e having to do it that way when Dvd2Svcd already uses BeSweet..just wondered if there was a command I could paste in somewhere to save me messing around.

Like I said there is no way I know of. The only place you can get into the program to do editing is in the AVS script for video. The rest is automatic.

That's all I needed to know.

Thankyou.
