Frequency analyzer??

Hi All,

Is there any program that is able to analyze and report on the frequency range used by an audio file at any one time? I'm thinking this would be handy for encoding AC3 files at lower bitrates as it'd give a better idea of what bitrate you should use.

The spectrum analysis->color sonogram is very very useful in comparing different codecs and bitrates!
