Ok, this is may be a stupid question, but when I select the audio compression for the MPEG Layer-3 codec, I only see the bitrates up to 22,050Hz. I don't see it go up to 48,000Hz as shown in Doom's guide. Is my nandub missing something?

And yes, I did check the "select all formats"

Did you try installing Radium MP3 codec?
It's at the doom9's download page.
