Troubles with the forum

In a private mail, new_age, an user of this forum, request me to post a question about his problems with the forum.

new_age says that until he not log in, he can read everything. But
after he login in, he see only his threads and only just read.

Have someone any clues about what he does wrong or why he is punished?

Now I know what did I wrong. Accidentally I wrote wrong email address on user profile.
