IFOedit & Remux

After I remux my downsized M2v file the new VOBs come out larger than the encoded M2v file. I did Miss Congeniality for example got it down to 3.75Gigs and after I remuxed using IfoEdit it was 4.99 Gigs. Why?

because when you remux you are adding audio and subtitles,try stripping the audio and subtitles before you remux.leave just one audio language to save as much space as possible.
