Oggmux Chapter Support

Does anyone know how to get the chapters I muxed from an ifo txt file smart ripped from a DVD (with a divX3 video with 3 other ogg audio streams and a subtitle stream) to work in zoom player? I got the 3 audio streams to work, I just can't seem to be able to navigate the chapters in zoom player! Does it work in any other player? However, I'd really like to see it work in Zoom player!!

Slightly wrong forum, but ok.

Ask the authors of those players to add support for it.
In WMP6.4 it works like charme, the chapters appear in the language menu, dunno if that helps you with any other player...

I guess ZoomPlayer got its own chapter system with its own chapter files. You won't find the chapters out of the ifo file here. I don't know if ZoomPlayer hides the directshow chapters behind some menu item.

thanks but i cant seem to get wmp 6.4 to play oggmux files! Renaming to avi wont even work! Anyone experienced in windows media player 6.4?

Have you tried to associate .ogm with the WMP6.4???

thanks, but I dont think that would do any good, because I can open the .ogm file in wmp6.4 BUT it just freezes. I could even skip ahead, and it will show a still depending on where I skipped to. It just doesn't play! Then I go and play a normal *.avi divx file created in gknot using vbr mp3 streams, and it plays fine! :confused:

But are you really sure to have the RIGHT DS filters installed. ;)

If you have OggDS before version 0.9.9.0 you might run into trouble. It doesn't work properly on some systems, sometimes it doesn't work at all. I didn't encounter any problems since the named version on all systems I tested it on (3 or 4, I guess).
