@DarkAvenger: 4ch Downmix mode w/Headac3he 0.23

What is the correct downmix mode for 4ch? When I click the 4ch preset it changes it to surround 2 but when you try to convert a file with these settings it tells you >2 channel downmixing is not yet supported. Should I use Surround or Stereo? My guess would be Surround but I wanted to make sure and report what may be a bug in Headc3he 0.23.

My understanding with all the previous versions was that downmix setting was not applicable to multi-channel targets.

It's interesting the new version now gives you a warning though.

I have got a Cmedia 8738 4Ch card which is able to play ac3 in 4ch correct.

Make sure you have the latest OggDS filters installed from the download section. However, I'm quite sure the latest version still only supports 6ch and 2ch modes only.

Expect Tobias soon to release a new version of the filter which fully suuports multi-channel.
