Delay of temporal smoother?

I've just started to use some of VDs filters and am wondering if I should delay the sound if I use the temporal smoother filter?

If so, I guess that this also is true for other "delaying" filters: Is there a list of the different delay the filters cause?

No you shouldn't. It just smoothes the frames temporally (comparing this frames/next frame instead of this pixel vs the pixel next to it) it doesn't 'delay' the frames in any way.

Ah, good.

I thought it delayed the video stream, as the "out" pane is a couple of frames after the "in" when I step picture-by-picture.
