Headac3he questions

Hey,

In Headac3he, 224kbps is the standard settings if u want to convert ac3>mp3. How do i change it ot 128? I changed the average to 128, is this how u set it?
What's best to use on 1cd? ABR, VBR or CBR?

Have a look at the HeadAC3he FAQ - link is in the Audio encoding forum at the top. If you search through the doom9 forum acrchives I'm sure you'll see that this kind of thing has been answered before. You could also read the audio guides for that kind of basic information.
