What does this mean?

I've been getting some errors with dvdsvcd 8 b1. It seems that when it gets to CCE doing the encoding that on the 2nd/3rd doing VBR theres this CRC error yet it works fine for CBR??? Most strange. Iam trying it tonight on my other computer and Iam gonna try it tonight on this one using Tmpg. Anyways anyone else run into this type of problem?

You should try and do a search on "cce crashes" what you will find will be a vast array of information that might answer your question.
