Is this for ordering the pc to shutdown after it finishes all the jobs in the virtualdub job thingy?

Yes. It automates the input of DivX 5.xx parameters for VirtualDub
encoding routine and shutdowns your PC after encoding has finished.

Please download again the file since I uploaded the wrong archive
yesterday. I included also "the readme.txt"
