Hi!
I want to create an ISO-MPG4-File.
I have used DIVX5 to convert the video-stream
and ACCMachine to convert the audio-stream.
Then i muxed the two files with mp4creator60.
But: The wmp4player crashes every time i want to
load this file...where is the bug???
Thank you

Well if I had to guess the instabilty might be in the DSF right now. Did you try playing this with mpeg4ip instead of WiMP?

Did you enable B-Frames? I don't believe MPEG4IP supports B-Frames at the moment. I think DivX 5 is the only MPEG-4 codec with that option rigth now.

Hi,
thank you very much, that was the reason.
Do you believe there will be B-Frame support in the future?

I think B-frames will become standard in most MPEG-4 codecs and players so surely they will be added to the MP4 format(if its not already there). I personally don't know how much good they do but they seem to work well from my tests and from experience with MPEG-1&2.
