DivX5 GordianKnot Guide is incomplete

Isn't there the explanation of the Save&Encode window (save .avs) missing ??

In the Divx4 guide it's this link:

In Divx5 guide there's only the video encoding in Vdub. But the last step in gKnot is missing (so the guide for IVTC and filtering...).

Please correct me if i'm totally wrong.

I don't follow.. divx4 and divx5 guides are fundamentally different as gknot supports auto divx4 2 pass encoding whereas this has to be done manually in divx5..

and divx5 guide step http://www.doom9.org/gknot-audio.htm

both contain the save as and audio encoding but the latter tells you to just save the avs, then use gknot for the audio encoding whereas the former tells you to use save & encode then configure audio, then encode both. Actually.. the divx5 guide misses something.. it should say to use save&encode as well instead of just saving the avs.. but that's about it.. or then I didn't understand you report.

Sorry about that, i always skipped the Audio step and so never saw that "save .avs" chapter that is integrated in that step.
