Hi there ;),
I use nero also for burning - no problems at all ... not that there should be any probs normally with any burning software re burning divx ...
see sig for my preferred encoding/ripping apps :) ... i use Headac3he also.

You know, once, a long time ago nero did actually screw up for me - i burned a cd of mp3's and made them all a coupla seconds long. just remebered that.
Headac3he is an ac3 transcoding tool that can convert ac3 to wav, mp3, mp2 and vorbis ( and a few other formats ... ) in one step. It can be very fast. It offers the same excellent quality sound processing as BeSweet - i can't decide which one i like bestest. :)

Nice man, ill try Headac3he for my next rip. Does it rip directly from the vob files?

no, you must use the ac3 tracks ( extracted with dvd2avi of course ).
