deinterlace by deleting every 2nd line!

is there a filter which does this really easy and simple thing?
i asked this ages ago but didnt really get an answer.

all filters i saw were interpolating and blurring so there were no artefacts left but when i stop the movie 2 fields are obviously blended together into one frame.

There are lots of way not to blend fields; just a few:
1) Bob
2) SeparateFields.SelectEven
3) SmartDeinterlace, with Blend=false
...

The real answer to your question is 2) above.
You can also do line doubling:
vid=SeparateFields.SelectEven
Interleave(vid,vid).AssumeFieldBased.Weave
