Hi,
I'm using Windows XP and making OGM streams with DivX 5 video and Ogg/Vorbis audio.

OggDS version is 0.9.9.0
Ogg Subtitler version is 1.1.2.2
(both last versions)

I've found that from some time on (I'm almost sure it worked before) when muxing subtitles in the stream they don't appear as an option in WMP6.4 (while the multiple audio streams do), and more than this, they also doesn't appear in the graph when I render the muxed file in Graphedit.

I've tried it with GraphEdit and OggMux, I've tried to reinstall and deinstall-install the Ogg Subtitler filter with no success. As pointed by someon some time ago I deinstalled vobsub and it made no difference. Now I don't know what else to do.
I tried too to downgrade to the previous versions of the Subtitler and the OggDS filters and I got no difference.

Could anyone help me?
Thanks for your time.

just rename the *.ogm to *.avi and use vobsub like you normally would.

I find Vobsub saves more time because you don't have to spend time with the ocr.

this is not a valid solution for me, as I want to:
a) have all packed in one file
b) have the most possible space, a srt file is very little while subs aren't.

Having to give the ocr some hints is not a problem for me and if I miss something and some words are misspelled, no problem, I'll use the subs from time to time (another reason to not use vobsub and it's bigger files).

Can't help you with a) or your original problem, but you can use your .srt files with Direct Vobsub and an ogm stream. Rename movie.ogm to movie.avi and the .srt files to movie.English.srt and so on for each language. Now you should be able to watch and switch between the subtitles.

Since with this method you'll be using the external subtitle files you don't have to include them in the ogm stream. May cause trouble otherwise or you'll have them twice...
