Since u host bins as well, put a disclaimer like the one at the Rarewares.

Well, thats the downside if we start messing with MPEG4/AAC .... Fraunhofer has been very nice with Lame, and XviD until now is probably too small and only used by freaks, so MPEG-LA dont care ... but if we start to use programs to mux into MPEG4 format things like this may come back to us one day ...

I asked ivan about aacend before I put it up.. he said there was no problem from his (psytel) side but I should watch out for dolby, fh and co.

as for the mpeg4ip... somehow I feel like they should ask me directly if they want something from me.:devil:
