can you answer me why you are all so nit picky, you pick at everything, this isnt a forum at all. it's a list of people and moderators who pick at stuff. if he's so busy how come he answered my mundane question but didnt answer this rather taxing one.

Let me ask you a question as a way of response. Would you walk into a room full of strangers shouting, "Stop! Its all about me. Everybody stop and pay attention to my questions right now cause I think I am most important!"?

No, you would not do that? Well that is what you did in this forum. How would you walk into a room of strangers in order to become friends and share ideas with them? I do hope you might be able to answer that to yourself. If you can, perhaps applying the same technique here would be better than the method you have used. If you can't answer that question, which I tend to believe, perhaps you should await further forum interaction until puberty arives.

The simple truth is you have behaved like a complete ignorant bumpkin and you are the very embodiment of all this forum abhors.

Strike 1 and 2 by the way. Strike one was for your first post strike 2 is for this one. Wow 2 posts and 2 strikes you are almost on your way out the door here.

Now to address a few points in a civilized manner and maybe inform you of our function.
This is a forum. It consists of many people all sharing a commom interest. We do not come here to attack people, but at times certain people deserve it to be able to keep the peace on the whole. There are these things called rules. You have been shown them at least 2 times when you signed up and a link is at the top of every page. My role here is two fold. My first duty is to try and help as many people as I can. My second is to enforce the rules. We have a zero tolerence policy here. It has served us well. Whenever we have relaxed the board starts to get a little out of hand. Now if you want this board to go the way of the other video boards that have closed because the people who ran it got sick of the idiots and closed it then don't hold your breath because we will not allow it.
Now regarding your other post directly. Asking a commom question of a specific user is just dumb and asking it of the author and only the author sure limits your options. Knowing DVD2SVCD I know he has little tolerence for ignorance and probably would have never answered that post anyway. However he is also generous so he may have. My point is that there are many people here that are very knowlegable and might be willing to help. Much like a group of people you meet it is unlikely you will get help if you come off as an idiot or a jerk. Now if you read the Mandatory post there is a wonderful post in there by Gerti67 that explains the best way to make a post better than I can.

Believe it or not DVD2SVCD himself would be the first to admit he doesn't know everything. Sometimes other members are better able to answer a post then he is.

Bottom line. My advice to you is this. Relax. Realize that you made a mistake. Start over. Do these following things before you post again. Read and learn the rules, Read the Q + A, Read the Mandatory Post, read and get a feeling for the way the board functions. Take a look at the posts that got good responses and find out how you can make ones just as good. The board is only as harsh as you make it on yourself.

I hope you can become a valued member of this forum. If you can't you know where the door is, but I would much rather see you become a member of this great community.
