There are quite a few different OUATIC DVDs around - are you maybe talking about the CT version? I sold the disk ages ago, so this is from memory:
The US cut & dub version (I assume that's what you want to get) is not just a different language track, it is a whole different set of vob files (this version of the movie is cut by about 40 mins and features absolutely laughable voice "talents" , btw). If you still want it :), get the right set of vobs (the HK print of the film features either Cantonese or Mandarin audio) and you should be set.

Hi-

I'm doing this from memory, too, and know nothing about DVD2SVCD. If it uses Smart Ripper to rip the vobs, there will be 2 main sets of vobs, but almost certainly the longer subbed version will be the default one. So the dubbed version you want (don't know why though) will be slightly shorter. For example, if the default version is 134 minutes and 4 GB, and the other version is 98 minutes and 3 GB, then you want the shorter-smaller version.

If DVD2SVCD uses something else to rip the vobs, you can still get the vob names-numbers from Smart Ripper.

Edit: I can't remember, but if this is a 2 sided DVD with one version on each side, then, again, the side with the shorter version is what you want.
