800mb output files?

I ripped American Pie 2, and got 4 output files: 1.bin, 1.cue, 2.bin and 4.cue
In Nero, I can't burn any of the cue files - they show up as being about 1600mb... When I tried the bin files, it was more realistic. But the bin files are 800mb each and 80min CDs only hold 700mb. I tried overburning, but the first CD comes out as unreadable (Media player - opening file...opening file... PowerDVD just shows the curtains screen). In DVD2SVCD I selected '800' in the CD Size boxes in the Bitrate tab, thinking that 800 meant 80min CD. What's this about? Can I fix this (I don't mind re-ripping the DVD).

Have you even made an attempt to search or read the forum?
Don't break Forum Rules. Man this is even Rule 1 and 1a.

80 minute cd's can hold up to 807mb's of video.
74 Minute CD's can hold up to about 740mb's video.

Those stated sizes are for data not video. Video does not have nearly as much overhead as data.

Read this. It's only a big sticky on top of the forum.

If you use Nero use the method above or you can use VCDEasy or CDRWIN to burn the cue/bin files.

first you are using an outdated version of nero as it seams ( dbl size is a bug of ols versions try to update )
have you loaded the final mpeg in any soft player ? does it works ?
have you loaded the image with daemon tools and checked if it plays ?

Simply, jethwan, i think you are not burning images and trying to make data cd. In nero's FILE tab just click Burn image and select your CUE file to burn. CUE is just pointing to your BIN file. I have no problems with latest 5.5.8.0 nero version :) Good luck.
