1) Is ther enay way to create a 22 khz sample rate mp3 that will still sync to video? The only way i can get sync is if i let nandub convert the wave to 22khz on interleaving if i go ac3-22khz mp3, it doesnl;t interleave right it says the video framerate needs to be 6 fps or somthign totlay wrong for the lengths to match

2) Why does lame ignore the mode setting in bestweet, *mono, js, stereo, etc* and when will it be implemented it ever....it is also colored so ai dotnthink it is supported offically.

the onyl way i can get it to write mono mp3's is to su ethe voice preset which woudl be fien cept ti changes the samplerate to 32 khz and again sync issues.

it's the latest build of besweat with lame 3.91
i have 3.92 but didn;t implement it yet

1) --rate 22050 should do the job. if not, post logfile.
2) channels coupling switch is supported (isn't ignored).

It's not channal coupling i'm interested in but generatign a mono file....

I set it to mono in mode under lame settings, i check downmix from stereo to mono, and it's still generating a joint stereo file, plus the mdoe selection is colored, i think green, so what am i doing wrong then?

The 22khz 64kb/s mp3 generates fine, it plays great, it just wotn properly mux, so i don't see how a log file will help....but i'll post one if you like

Your mono issue is a bug in the lame Dll. It will be resolved soon in the official tree.

cool, 1 down, 1 to go.

I dont belive the 22 khz sync error has anything to do with besweet or lame exactly, but thought somone might know a solution...maybe changign the frame rate in the globla stream options? i dont understadn thsoe settings exactly, what they do.

when i combien it though the video, runs fast, then pauses, runs fast again, then pauses, gettign completly out of sync, and having differnt lengths
