Best settings for movie database

Im new here so I dont know if has been suggested or not but here goes:
What do you think of compiling a database of best settings to RIP a specific movie like bitrate, audio, resolution ...
Like for instance I take from the library the movie Matrix and look it up in the datbase and see all suggested settings and get a perfect rip to exactly 700 mb cd ...

That is sort of a good idea. However, within the next year i accept that there will be tools that allow you to put the dvd an put in a blank cdr in 6-8 hours with perfect results. All the tools exists now, but someone needs to link them all together. GordianKnot so far is the best tool for this purpose. So the next generation software will know what settings to use.
