DVD2SVCD + TMPEG = Error , Help

Hey,
I got the following problem.
The setup of dvd2svcd is alright and the
audio conversation works perfectly. I can't use
CCE because my computer then runs out of memory.
Tmpeg works very good, so i wanted dvd2svcd to encode the rip with it.
But there is always the same error coming up, saying "Could not open D:\dvd2svcd\movie\TitlePicture.bmp.avs Errorcode: -2147467259". If i switch off cdimage it says "Could not open D:\dvd2svcd\movie\avisynth.avs Errorcode: -2147467259". I dunno why the conversation between dvd2svcd and tmpeg doesn't work. Has anybody had that problem as well or does anybody know something against it?

Sure, if i open tmpeg and try to encoe avs-files it works perfectly.
But when dvd2svcd tries to give over the avs to tmpeg it doesn't work. It's very strange... I read a log that was quite okay of a friend and my dvd2svcd doesn't even start the commandline-conversation with tmpeg, there is just the error-message and over.

how is this an advanced subject
which version of dvd2svcd do you use
which version of tmpg do you use
what's your hardware, why should cce run out of memory
could you add your dvd2svcd log file, as well as the avisynth-script
did you read the mandatory read at the top of the basic forum
