i've tried to use the batch mode of besweet to encode both the german and the english ac3 stream of a movie. but i realized i can only configure a very few of the settings when in batch mode.
does anyone know to which values the other options are set?

Try Right-Clicking with Your Mouse On the Line of Your Desired File and Choose a Substream.
