Subtitle DS filter problems

When I install OGG Subtitle DS filter it makes lot of problems with playback. Audio desync, choppy video, interrupts in audio playback, even when it is minimized.
I tried trick with setting AR to 100:1, but problems remain.
Now I use XP, it works fine with multimedia. CPU is Athlon@1386 MHz.

I have all described problems even when there is no subtitle in OGG stream.

I did search, and there is no valuable answer. I don't have reversed picture or titles, I don't have installed Vobsub or DivXG400, only bad playback.
It was bad and choppy in Win2K, but different than in XP. I posted now, because I installed XP before couple days. I know that something about it is discussed here, and if you can give me which post (thread) can help me please give me ID, or if I making you nervous delete this thread...
