is a resolution of 576*240 too low? cause that gives me a more correct AR(aspect ratio) compared to 640*272 which gives an AR error of 1.02%.
what resolution should I use?
btw the AR is 2.40:1

Hi-

You can pick whatever resolution you want. Just let GKnot give you proper AR with its Smart Crop feature.

I use nandub - SBC, and I believe other DiVX calcs do the same use as Gknot`s!? or does it have a super special feature? except from rounding down/up to the closest correct resolution(the values in the resolution have to be divisible by 16.)!?

If all you want is just to check out Cropping-Resizing, I suppose you could do without the whole pack. But, who knows-you might like it.

I recommend checking "Follow ITU-R BT.601 Standard" in the Options Tab.
