compressibility test with divx 5.01??

I've searhed and read faq's but didn't find answer so I'll ask here...

Sinse my movie filesizes varies lot with using divx pro 5.01 I tried to use GKnots compressibility test but it gave me some error.

So is there a way to do compressibility test so movie filesize would be more accurate?
