Hello,

I have been following along in this forum for some time. My question is regarding other threads that are already started. I use dvd2svcd build 4 to create backup svcd's. I am very interested in correct aspect ratio's, cropping/resizing for 4:3 tv viewing. This program makes outstanding backup's but there always seems like there's just one more trick you can learn. If a thread is started with something your interested in, is it o.k. to ask questions within the thread or should I post a new thread entirely. Thank you!

Hi,

It's no problem to post questions in a thread that is already ongoing...

A way to make sure people notice your question right away is to start a new thread...both are okay, as long as it is in the right forum.

One thing you should be sure to do: before asking a question, make sure you search the forums for the answer to your question first. That is a good way to make sure your question already hasn't been asked (and you won't annoy everyone by asking a question that has been asked and answered already).

If you can't find it searching, by all means post!

Hello,

Thank you, I just didn't want to seem like I was butting in on somebody elses conversations! I'll try some searching.
