nandub error

hi, recently when I tried to encode the second pass of a avi file, nandub would have a fatal error and have to shut down. All I did was load the video and then the procesing settings. I've tried reinstalling but I still get this problem. A whole bunch of erros pop up in the box and I have no idea what they mean. my computer also starts making weird skipping noises. can anyone help me? thanks in advance
