Hello everyone!
What is the best Mpeg2 Encoder, if you want to Master DVD's Digitally-have the highest quality(like hollywood) which uses VBR, compression & Digital inputs?
-What I want to do with the Encoder is capture/encode Movies which will be authoread as Commercial DVD's with Scenarist.
