Spurious Files created by Divx5 codec?

There´s a curious thing that is happening when I open the compression setting in Vdub, there´s 2 files being created in my Hd, the "2.txt" file, that contains the text: "Init ok.", and the "adv1.err", that´s 0 bytes long. I´m becoming tired of deleting these files...

Any relation to DIVX 5 codec? Anyone with the same "curious thing"?
