smr and tmd

how do i encode smr or tmd releases to vcd or svcd? tmpeg does not support them.

TMPEGEnc does support them if you have the right codec installed. Failing that open it in Vdub and frameserv (or even use AVISynth).

Anyway, imho I wouldn't encode a smr rls into a VCD cause smr releases are re-encodes anyway.
