add option for using another compression to nandub

could nando or someone add to nandub the option to use an alternate compression codec. that could extend nandubs life and make ac3, mp3 vbr, ogg audio adding easier.

1. Nando has stopped work on Nandub and others seem to have lost interest, too.
2. Other codecs don't need Nandub, it's tailor-made for DivX3.11 AKA M$-MPEG4.

It would be more logical to ask Avery Lee to add the audio-muxing abilities of Nandub to Virtual Dub. But he doesn't think highly of Nandub's way to mux video and audio.
