"shadows" on scene changes

hi

i´ve a problem after encoding my tv-series from mpeg2 into divx (5.01). I use grodian knot and then the .avs script in vdub 1.4.10 with the deinterlace option in gordian knot. after the movie is encoded and i´m watching it there are shadows or something on scene-changes. they look like the last picture before scene change...

please help...

possibly problem with deinterlacing

try this:

before cropping and resizing put in *.avs this line:

GreedyHMA(1,0,0,0,1,0,0,0)

or

FieldDeinterlace()

Check output and choose better method.

Of course you must load necessary library:
LoadPlugin("C:\PROGRA~1\GORDIA~1\GreedyHMA.dll")

or

LoadPlugin("C:\PROGRA~1\GORDIA~1\decomb.dll")
(dowload decomb and put in GKnot directory)
