I use CCE to re-encode.
If I were to keep some of the menus and extras with IFOEDIT, would it be necessary to re-encode the menu file with CCE if they are not too big to fit on DVD with the re-encoded actual movie??
Also, I guess that it is not possible to transcode menus with REMPEG2 or TMPG, since you have to remux them??
