FILM input encoding NTSC or force Film...

I am geeting sync problem when I encode with CCE..
I saw the source in DVD2AVI AS FILM
(it shows all the time when making project)

What 'll I use to sync perfectly..
Should I use Force film or normal NTSC 29.97...??
or pulldown it..??


Any help'll appriciated...
