i got a weird one. backed up me dvd useing dvdsvcd. then multiplexed the mpeg-2 stream to mpeg-1. burned the mpeg onto a cd. played it on stand alone dvd player and had picture and sound. then i fast forward the vcd then hit play and got no sound.
