Hi there, i recently installed a tv card i had ages ago, the Avermedia TV98
http://www.aver.com.tw/Taiwan/products/tv98remote_e02.html
i am running windows 2000 which was not initially supported but now is.
i can capture in 352*288 fine
i tried to set a higher resoltion but i was told it was not supported. i tried loads of custom resolutions to try and find a good one.
I couldnt get one so i thought id set a high horizontal res just to see what happened and it accepted it. i can get the horizontal resolution right up to 768 but the vertical will not go above 288
is this a driver issue ?
btw is there a full screen mode for virtualdub in tvcapture mode so i could use it as a tv. the player i have gives a really poor picture for some reason even with fine tuning whereas virtualdub is perfect.
and one more thing, in virtualdub 1.4.8 it never saves my settings for capping, and i have to reset most things everytime. is this normal ?
