If the last chapter is just credits do pipo said, easy enough.
If they are not credits it's a little more work, but not bad.
You need to find out how long the movie is to the credits. Just play it in WinDVD or something and watch the time.
Then figure out what the bitrate for a movie the length without the chapters would be.
In the AVG bitrate section set the AVG to that bitrate.
Then in the length of the movie find the right set of times and add one cd to the number. If you got it right this will make the credits end up on the last cd by themselves and you just don't burn that one. It may take some practice, but once you get a feel for it you usually get it right everytime.

There is a link to an online bitrate calculator at the bottom of the Q&A.

I just modify the minutes next to the correct number of cd's to equal the number the movie would be without the credits on the bitrate tab. The last number will be the correct AVG bitrate. Then simply put the minutes back to the normal length.
