joining 2 mpg files [Archive]

1. How can I join mpg files?
2. How can I cut the joined one?

In the TMPG, there are MPEG tools. There you can find something like
Merge&Cut - I hope you already know what is it used for...

Only problem I've got "stream wrinting error" message.
What can be the problem?

I've solved the stream writing error. The FAT32 format caused it. Is ther eany guide how to cut the joined film?
