Min/Max quantizer settings don't apply to credits?

Still playing a bit with

XviD Alpha 10.04.2002.0740 (uManiac)

It seems the Min/Max quantizer settings don't apply to the credits. I tried a few combinations, credits never got affected, even min/max set to 2/2 resulted in credits scaled normally, rest only 2.

Someone can confirm?
