I'm just testing modulated quant. for the first time.
I'm just doing a movie with XviD Alpha 10.04.2002.0740 (uManiac):
I set some credits at the start of the movie from frame 0 to frame 1651.
1st Pass was set to H.263 and worked fine (DebugView confirmed H.263 used always).
2nd Pass was set to Modulated and is still runnning...according to DebugView modulation seems to work (all quantizers < 4 get MPEG, rest H.263) except for the first frames (up to 1651) which I have set to be credits. There very high quantizers (mostly 31) were used (I had set it to 10%), but all got MPEG quant.
Someone can confirm something like: Modulated doesn't work during credits or something like that?
