VCD to DVD-R

Trying to convert some old VCDs over to DVD-R. I am using the VCD to DVD guide located in the guides section. I have done everything as stated but when DVDit is processing to build a DVD I get a "Pic before sequence end" error.What am I doing wrong? I have done everything according to the guide.

but i don't think a lot of the forum is involved in converting vcds to dvds. i dunno. might look into the lotr rings dvd project thread, i _think_ that might have something to do with it, but i could be waaaaay off.

Are you sure that your video Stream is correct?
I have done that:
Copied the dat file from the vcd
Started Tempeg use Template for DVD low resolution and encoded that.
So i had an mpg file and imported that in DVD it, authored it and burned worked fine for me.
