I changed the name of the upper outputfile (While encodinig in multipass there´s two enabled outputs...) This resulted in two different .mpv files. Whats the difference between them and wich one am I to use ?? Attaches screenshot...

i believe you changed the.vaf file to .mpv output?
if this so make it default and use the real .mpv file(bigger one)

I believe CCE just alternates back and forth between the two files for each pass, so the one to use probably varies based on the number of passes. Just use the one with the latest file date.

Yep. If you enter two filenames CCE alternates between them.
Pass #1 -> Filename 1
Pass #2 -> Filename 2
Pass #3 -> Filename 1
Pass #4 -> Filename 2
...
The purpose is to give you a complete encoding to work with (the previous pass) even if you cancel in the middle of the current one. It comes in handy when you really, really want high quality. You just let it run while you're sleeping or at work... Set the two filename values differently, set the number of passes to some ridiculous loop-forever number, and just cancel when you finally sit down to your computer again. The .mpv from the last full pass will still exist.
