Need Help with Castaway or larger Video_ts

I Need help getting castaway and other disk that I used Ifoedit to rip out the extras. Is it possible to get this on One Dvr? Is there something else i can do to fit this on one Disk?

I have it on one disk, use ReMPEG2, works like a champ....
