how do I trancode (ReMPEG) the last VOB only??

I have a couple flicks that only need a very very slight transcode to fit on a DVD-R, plus, I am having that issue with screwed up re-encodes due to the first VOB....

I can figure out how to re-encode just the last VOB (at least I think I can), but how do I remux the resulting m2v into the last VOB (preferably with IFOedit)??
