I've been using Smartripper happily for some time (mainly due to the fact it allows such easy selection of specific chapters in rips). Anyway, its suddenly gone funny. On start up it reports that there is no ASPI and then (no matter what DVD is in the drive) continues to load and shows all the information of the DVD that was in the drive last time....in fact it even does this when there is no DVD there at all.
I've tested and reinstalled ASPI and all is OK...I've tried other rippers that report ASPI as OK and use it. I've even installed Smartripper again from fresh and still get it.
Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? Any help would be appreciated as this is now driving me crazy!
