In Doom9's forum, you can find discussions about several different tools that can help you convert mov to avi. Press the search button, and search using several of these keywords to see what pops up: mov

You'll find discussions of RAD video tools, and others, that way. There's one additional advantage to that search, besides learning about your tool choices and selecting one or several to test. Nobody will have to ask you to read forum rule #1a, again, either.
