I want to put a small animated logo on my video
during capture. (in good quality and without sacrificing
speed).

Can anyone suggest me what hardware or software
should I buy?

One solution:

Take VirtualDub and the Logo filter from Donald Graft.

EDIT: During capture? Erm. Never tried that... Now I have to remove my rant ;) .
