Hi,
I used Gknot to encode my 134min movie. I wanted the movie to be 2CD files, so I clicked on the 2 cd = 1400 megs.
It turned out that my avi file was just -+650 megs after encoding and like 780 megs after joining the audio file.
Can any1 tell me what could've gone wrong?
Thanks....:)

HI!
What movie is it?
Whats your resolution?
What did the C.test give you %?
it may well be that you have reached the upper file size limit for your resolution and resizing method
Maybe you should go for 1 cd. That movie seems to be very compressible (right word?), so 1 cd should be enough. I have a movie called The Haunting that i could do it, and looking good, in 1/2 cd :D

C test?
rui,
I just thougt cause its a more than 2 hours movie, a 2cd rip would give best quality..
c test = compressability test

>why I dont get email notification?
cause hotmail filters posts from here
you should put doom9.org in the "always allow list"
or get another email account.
